The PowerBook 8980 is a great companion to take on your journeys or simply to have at home instead of a cumbersome desktop machine. The 15" screen is a joy to see, with great colours and pinpoint accuracy and the 1GHz processor is fast enough for most applications and uses. Are you thinking of upgrading your home Internet connection or have the chance to use a wireless connection? The PowerBook boasts an integrated wireless card ready for this task and also Bluetooth compatibility for even more wireless options. The built in 256MB of memory can simply be upgraded to a maximum of 2GB and a the built in hard drive has a capacity of 60GB. All of this is wrapped up in Apple's distinctive aluminium casing. A truly beautiful and versatile notebook.
