One of the best MSI motherboards out there. The system works great is solidly stable. Bios takes a bit to get used to with all the over clocking options but it's fine once you get use to it. It has 6-Channel Audio, NVIDIA nForce2 Ultra 400 + MCP-S1000 chip set and an On-Board 10/100/1000 Internet

Pros:

Five 32-bit PCI bus slots (support 3.3v/5v PCI bus interface). One ACR slot.

Cons:

Does not support wireless network.
