IBM ThinkCentre A50 (814723U) PC Desktop

Newbie Review by Hortio Hornswaggle Newbie Product Reviewer:

With its attractive black casing, flat screen monitor and decent Intel Pentium 4 3Ghz processor, this IBM ThinkCentre has the basics of a nice PC system. Unlike the other more basic ThinkCentre systems, the A50 at least comes with a CD-RW/DVD-ROM drive. The other basic features of the system are adequate rather than outstanding, with 512MB of SDRAM and an 80GB hard drive. While it may just about do for a network machine, the small business or home owner relying on the machine will wish for greater power and storage. Lots of ports and bays for expansion though.

Pros:

Nice looking system, better than the lower range ThinkCentres

Cons:

Rather expensive for what it is.
