Sony VAIO VGC-V517G PC Desktop

Newbie Review by Hortio Hornswaggle Newbie Product Reviewer:

Taking a styling cue from Apple's iMac and eMac systems, the Sony Vaio packs all of its technical gubbins behind the 17" monitor, leaving you with only that, the keyboard and the mouse on the desk. Not only space saving, but much better aesthetically too. Although not cheap, the Vaio is certainly well specified, it has an Intel Pentium 4 processor rated at 3Ghz, 512MB of RAM and a rather large 200GB hard drive. It can also do a few tricks with its TV tuner, allowing you to directly burn programs on to DVD or edit your own recorded programs from a compatible Sony video camera.

Pros:

Fast, stylish and lots of interesting features

Cons:

On the expensive side
